WHO DOES AFIRE REPRESENT?

AFIRE represents institutional investors in international real estate.
 

WHO ARE AFIRE'S MEMBERS?

AFIRE's members are foreign companies who invest in real estate, their advisors, managers, lawyers and accountants, and US institutions who invest in international real estate.
 

WHAT DOES AFIRE DO?

As an educational and informational forum, AFIRE provides a place for international real estate professionals to interact.  This is accomplished through a number of means: by hosting meetings, publishing newsletters and a membership directory, maintaining a website, among other activities.

DOES AFIRE ADVERTISE PROPERTIES FOR MEMBERS?

No. AFIRE does not act as a broker or advisor to its members.
 

HOW DO I GET A LIST OF MEMBERS?

The membership list is not available to non-members due to a privacy clause in the Association's by-laws.
 

HOW CAN I JOIN?

Membership qualifications are listed in the Membership section of this site.  All applicants are subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
 

HOW CAN I CONTACT FOREIGN INVESTORS?
I HAVE A PIECE OF LAND/PROPERTY/BUILDING TO SELL.


AFIRE cannot notify its members of properties for sale or provide an introduction to foreign investors for non-members.
