AFIRE members are invited to the Grand Hyatt Tokyo on June 10–12, 2026 for the AFIRE 2026 Summer Conference, one of AFIRE’s three annual global executive conference for real estate leaders and institutional investors from around the world.
Held every June, AFIRE’s Summer Conference invites top-level leaders from across the full commercial real estate spectrum discussing topics of interest to investors and decision makers focused on the future of global investment into US real estate.

The AFIRE 2026 Summer Conference will be held at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, a dynamic lifestyle destination hotel in the heart of Roppongi, Tokyo.
Grand Hyatt Tokyo is the perfect base from which to explore the city, centrally located in a lively international district and directly connected to Roppongi Hills, a cultural hub which houses 250 high-end shops and restaurants, a cinema, an art museum and an observatory.
The hotel is just a three-minute walk from Roppongi Station and provides easy access to popular areas such as Ginza and Shibuya, making it ideal for business and leisure.
An AFIRE room block is currently available ($353/¥55,000), with default dates set to June 8–12. Guests may need to manually adjust dates as fitting their schedule.

Karen is the head of acquisitions for Allianz Real Estate, and has worked to invest in more than $25 billion of unlisted institutional real estate over the past 20 years. The first half of her career was oriented toward closed-end value-add and opportunistic fund investments in office, retail and multi-family assets across continental Europe. Since 2011, Karen has primarily focused on core and core-plus commercial investments in US gateway markets.
