AFIRE members are invited to Miami, Florida from February 20–22 for the AFIRE 2024 Winter Conference, AFIRE’s annual executive conference for real estate leaders and institutional investors from around the world.
Held at the the Four Seasons Miami (1435 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL 33131), this year’s program will feature cutting-edge ideas, capital market intelligence, information-packed sessions, and rich networking opportunities for AFIRE members to stay connected at the forefront of innovation and thought leadership for the future of commercial real estate.

Downtown Miami Walking Tour
Empira Group, in partnership with Arquitectonica and Swire, will host an interactive walking tour of Brickell to showcase the evolution of one of the largest financial districts in the US. Members will get a firsthand look at notable Miami real estate and mixed-use assets that are fostering community among the area’s fast growing residential population including Brickell City Centre, an ultra-modern complex spanning nine acres in the heart of Brickell.
If you are attending the tour, please meet at ground-floor entrance of the Four Seasons by 14:30 for a 14:50 bus departure, or a 14:45 walking departure (~15 minute walk).
A bus will transport guests at 14:50 from the Four Seasons to EAST Miami 788 Brickell Plaza, where Empira Group will provide refreshments and give welcome remarks and a presentation beginning promptly at 15:00, followed by a walking tour of the development.
A bus will also be provided for return to the Four Seasons by 17:00.
Casual or business casual attire is acceptable.
