For more than thirty years, the AFIRE International Investor Survey has gathered the opinions of AFIRE’s members—representing more than 175 organizations from 24 countries, with approximately $4 trillion AUM—as a tool that charts institutional sentiment for global investment into US real estate.
This mid-year survey includes 20 questions and takes around 10 minutes to complete. The deadline is Friday, August 14, 2026.
Responses are anonymous and will provide an important update on investor sentiment, capturing year-over-year trends in core subjects, as well as timely topics focused on US migration, energy, and affordability.
Results will be published in the September 2026 issue of Summit Journal in conjunction with the AFIRE Annual Member Meeting.
