AFIRE’s multiple award-winning Summit Journal begins 2026 on a high note, claiming three new awards for design, content, and thought leadership.
All three awards are repeat awards from previous years, bringing the journal’s running list of awards and recognitions to nearly 30. The new and renewed awards include:
2025 GRAPHIC DESIGN USA AWARD
Every year since 2020, Summit Journal has claimed a new Graphic Design USA Award in recognition of its continued design excellence. There were more than 8,000 entries in the competition, leading to a display of nearly 800 pieces reflecting the endless ways in which creative professionals advance and shape business and society.
2025 MARCOM PLATINUM AWARD
The 2025 MarCom Platinum Award marks Summit Journal’s fifth year in a row claiming a Gold or Platinum-level award from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP). Platinum marks the highest level of accomplishment from AMCP and is judged from among more than 7,000 print and digital entries submitted from dozens of countries around the world.
2025 AVA DIGITAL PLATINUM AWARD
Also hosted by the AMCP, the AVA Digital Awards are an international competition that recognizes excellence by creative professionals responsible for the planning, concept, direction, design, and production of digital communication. Platinum marks the highest level of accomplishment by the competition, and marks Summit Journal’s second such award at this level since 2021, when the journal’s Editor-in-Chief, Benjamin van Loon, was also recognized with a Platinum Award for Individual Achievement in Editorial Leadership.
